Huge printing volume

With a print volume of 800 mm x 800 mm x 1000 mm, this printer FDM It not only meets the printing needs of oversized models, but also avoids the need to cut models into smaller sections for smoother printing.

Four hot plates

The heated bed is composed of four independent PEI magnetic platforms (410*410mm), capable of reaching a maximum temperature of 100°C. The four platforms can heat simultaneously to reach 100°C across the entire surface in 17 minutes (ambient temperature: 25°C). Additionally, the platform on which the model is positioned can be automatically detected and heated independently, or controlled manually, optimizing energy efficiency.

High printing speed

Equipped with a high-performance quad-core processor running at 1.5 GHz (RK3328 SOC), this printer provides sufficient computing power to achieve a maximum printing speed of 300 mm/s (recommended 150 mm/s), making it one of the fastest printers in its category.

Important repeatability

It is possible to add up to three additional print heads on the X-axis, allowing for simultaneous printing with four nozzles. Each nozzle can be loaded with filaments of the same material but different colors, enabling the production of four identical models in a single print.

Powerful cooling

Dual-sided cooling fans significantly improve print quality. Additionally, these fans feature an intelligent control function that automatically stops them at the end of the print, saving energy, reducing noise, and extending their lifespan.

Quality manufacturing

Integrated design combining elegance and robustness. The X and Y axes are equipped with linear guides, which improve printing stability and extend the printer's lifespan. The Z-axis features an upgraded version of the Z-rod for smooth operation and optimal leveling precision. The machine supports have a round base made of carbon steel and a non-slip rubber pad for enhanced stability.

Improved nozzle and temperatures

The high-temperature nozzle, capable of reaching up to 300°C, features a dual-gear extrusion structure and a thermal tube made of titanium alloy. It has been enhanced with chromium-zirconium copper and a 60W ceramic heating pad, ensuring smoother and more consistent extrusion, thus optimizing printing precision.

Furthermore, the nozzle's PID auto-calibration function allows for more precise temperature control, while the integrated acceleration sensor automatically adjusts resonance compensation parameters to ensure optimal printing quality and enhance your printing experience.
