xTool O1 Omni Printer UV&DT

The xTool O1 Omni is available in three configurations, each designed for different applications:

• UV + DT Textile Edition: the most versatile solution. It can print on rigid materials such as wood or acrylic, as well as on textiles such as cotton and polyester, thanks to its second printhead dedicated to textile printing.
• Dual UV Edition: particularly suited to projects requiring advanced UV printing capabilities. It supports fluorescent inks as well as flexible white ink, making it suitable for a variety of rigid and flexible materials, including leather and canvas.
• Single UV Edition: designed for users who are new to UV printing or who want to personalize common rigid materials. This configuration is also the most affordable option.

No. The different O1 Omni editions use distinct hardware configurations. The printheads, ink systems and their calibration are configured at the factory and are not designed to be replaced in order to upgrade the machine to another edition.

We therefore recommend choosing the configuration that best matches your intended applications over the medium and long term when purchasing the machine.

No. On this configuration, the second printhead is dedicated exclusively to DTG and DTF textile applications. It therefore cannot be used with the fluorescent inks or flexible white ink available with the Dual UV Edition.

If you want to use these inks on flexible materials such as leather, we recommend choosing the xTool O1 Omni Dual UV Edition.

The UV + DT Textile Edition supports both direct-to-garment printing (DTG) and printing onto transfer film (DTF). Additional equipment is nevertheless required depending on the printing process used.

• For DTF: the O1 Omni prints the design onto DTF film. Adhesive powder must then be applied to the printed design, followed by the use of a suitable heat press to melt the powder and transfer the design onto the textile. A solution such as the xTool WonderPress, which also features a curing function, can be used to complete this workflow.
• For DTG: we recommend pre-pressing the textile with a heat press before printing. A post-print curing step then helps improve ink durability, particularly when the garment is washed.

Yes. The O1 Omni integrates with the xTool Studio software ecosystem and can be combined with several compatible xTool laser machines for printing and cutting workflows.

Currently supported models include the P3, P2, P2S, S1, M2 and M1 Ultra. These capabilities make it possible, for example, to cut a material before or after printing.

Compatibility with other xTool machines, including certain models from the F series, is expected to expand progressively to support additional production workflows.

The O1 Omni can be used with a wide range of materials, depending on the edition selected. UV printing applications allow you to work with rigid materials and certain flexible substrates, while the UV + DT Textile Edition is specifically designed for textiles. The appropriate configuration should therefore be selected according to the materials and applications you intend to use.

The best choice mainly depends on your intended applications. The Single UV Edition is suitable for standard UV personalization applications, while the Dual UV Edition is better suited to projects requiring fluorescent inks or printing on flexible materials. For businesses combining object personalization with DTF/DTG textile printing, the UV + DT Textile Edition offers the greatest versatility.
