The Raise3D Pro3 Plus HS integrates Hyper FFF® technology for precise and reliable high-speed printing, with Hyper Speed technology offering a high-flow hotend and an active vibration reduction algorithm.

Capable of printing at standard speeds of 300 mm/s, the Pro3 Plus HS series is equipped with closed-loop stepper motors in the transmission system, improving the extruder motion control for more accurate high-speed printing.

The new build plate provides uniform magnetic adhesion, reducing model warping. An optimized coupling improves motion stability, while the fully metal robust frame ensures smooth movement and precise positioning, delivering high-quality prints.

Main strengths of the Raise3D Pro3 Plus HS Hyper Speed

The Raise3D Pro3 Plus HS is an evolution of the Pro3 series and allows continuous printing for up to 120h thanks to these enhancements.

Integrated Hyper FFF® technology

Even with high-performance Hyper Core materials, it can still reach average speeds of 200–300 mm/s, providing a significant improvement in print speed compared to the existing Raise3D product line with the Hyper FFF upgrade.

Closed-loop motor

To further enhance extruder accuracy and stabilize motion precision, the Pro3 Plus HS printers are newly equipped with a closed-loop stepper motor, featuring dual-diaphragm couplings and an optimized shaft structure.

Automatic filament change

When one filament spool runs out, the second print head can continue printing with another spool. This extends printing time without human intervention and reduces the risk of print failure.

New build plate coating

The new build plate provides a stronger and more uniform magnetic attraction to prevent model warping. Thinner by one millimeter, it heats up to 100°C two minutes faster than previous versions. Faster heating reduces waiting time and improves printing efficiency.

New RFID filament sensor

The RFID filament sensor identifies the filament type and checks the printing parameters to ensure successful prints and avoid incorrect material use. This reduces the time users spend checking print jobs, increasing printing efficiency and success rate.

Maximize production efficiency with minimal manual intervention

The Raise3D Pro3 Plus HS features an automatic filament loading function, enabling uninterrupted production. With the ability to print with two 2.5 kg filament spools, this machine can now continuously print with up to 5 kg of material.

The new RFID filament sensor identifies the filament and verifies the necessary parameters to avoid incorrect material use. In addition, the automatic filament unloading function reduces manual interventions, resulting in greater production efficiency and reduced labor.
