Alveo3D
Alveo3D offers equipment designed to control the 3D printing environment: robust aluminum enclosures, high-performance HEPA P3D filters, and connected control systems. When technical polymers are used, nanoparticles and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) may be emitted – a risk reduced thanks to Alveo3D solutions.
The enclosures are made in France from modular aluminum profiles, ensuring rigidity, lightness, and aesthetics. They are delivered as kits, allowing integration of an optimized filtration system, controlled according to the filament used, with adjustable airflow. The HEPA P3D filter, combined with activated carbon, captures up to 99.95% of 300 nm particles while neutralizing harmful odors.
The temperature inside the Alveo3D enclosure is stabilized, as air currents are reduced and insulation is reinforced: this significantly reduces warping and improves bed adhesion. Additionally, machine noise is decreased by up to 4–6 dB depending on the model, creating a quieter and more comfortable working environment.
Built-in LED lighting allows clear monitoring of prints, and dust grills and cable passages enhance enclosure robustness. Filter replacement is managed via a control board (V2 version): fan speed can be regulated, filter lifespan tracked, and a timer mode used to ventilate only during printing.
Finally, fire safety has been considered by Alveo3D: a connected smoke detector can cut power to the machine in case of a problem, minimizing incident risks.
Alveo3D solutions are not limited to hobby use: they are employed in professional and industrial environments (R&D, laboratories, technical centers) where air quality, thermal stability, and safety are essential.
