Before returning any product, please contact customer service.

  • ✔️ Unused, undamaged, and complete (accessories, manuals, original packaging)
  • ✔️ Returned in a condition suitable for resale

  • ⛔ Custom-made or configured products
  • ⛔ Opened consumables (resins, filaments, etc.)
  • ⛔ Digital downloads or software licenses

Business customers can also request a return.

Each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the type of product and the purchase conditions (professional use, custom-made product, quantity, etc.).

To be eligible, the product must meet the same requirements as for private customers for the request to be accepted.
