Nanovia PETG-CF: High-Quality 3D Filament

Nanovia PETG-CF is a technical filament combining PETG and carbon fiber, developed by the French manufacturer Nanovia. This high-performance material enables the printing of robust, durable mechanical parts.

Thanks to its reinforced structure, Nanovia PETG-CF offers a solid, low-brittle filament that is also easy to post-process.
Ideal for printing technical parts requiring high mechanical strength and excellent dimensional stability.

Key Advantages of Nanovia PETG-CF

  • Dimensional control: Print functional parts with excellent dimensional accuracy.
  • High structural strength: The high carbon fiber content gives outstanding strength, ideal for mechanical and structural parts.
  • Ease of printing: Prints like standard PETG, with reduced warping and excellent adhesion.

Technical Characteristics of Nanovia PETG-CF Carbon Fibers

  • Median fiber length: 251 μm
  • Average diameter: 7 ±2 μm
  • Fibers > 100 μm: 70%
  • Population: 9×106 units/g filament

⚠️ Warning: This abrasive filament wears brass nozzles quickly (~10h printing).
We recommend using reinforced nozzles (hardened steel, ruby, etc.) with a minimum diameter of 0.5mm.
