Raise3D Pro3 HS 3D Printer

The Raise3D Pro3 HS integrates Hyper FFF® technology for precise and reliable high-speed printing, with Hyper Speed technology providing a high-flow hotend and an active vibration reduction algorithm.

Capable of printing at standard speeds of 300 mm/s, the Pro3 HS series is equipped with closed-loop stepper motors in the drive system, improving extruder motion control for more precise high-speed printing.

The new build plate offers uniform magnetic adhesion, reducing model warping. Optimized couplings improve motion stability, while the robust all-metal frame ensures smooth motion and precise positioning, resulting in high-quality prints.

Highlights of the Raise3D Pro3 HS Hyper Speed: High-speed and technical materials performance

The Raise3D Pro3 HS is an evolution of the Pro3 series, offering continuous printing for up to 120h thanks to these improvements.

Integrated Hyper FFF® Technology

Even with high-performance Hyper Core materials, it can achieve average speeds of 200-300 mm/s, significantly improving print speed compared to the existing Raise3D series with the Hyper FFF upgrade.

Closed-loop motor

To further improve extruder precision and stabilize motion accuracy, Pro3 HS printers are newly equipped with a closed-loop stepper motor, dual-diaphragm couplings, and an optimized shaft structure.

Automatic filament change

When one filament spool is empty, the second print head can continue printing from another spool. This extends print time without human intervention and reduces the risk of failed prints.

New build plate coating

The new build plate provides more uniform and stronger magnetic adhesion to prevent warping. One millimeter thinner, it heats to 100°C two minutes faster than previous versions, reducing wait times and improving print efficiency.

New RFID filament sensor

The RFID filament sensor identifies the type of filament and checks print parameters to ensure successful prints while avoiding incorrect material usage, reducing time spent verifying print jobs and increasing efficiency.

Maximizing production efficiency with minimal manual intervention

The Raise3D Pro3 HS features automatic filament loading for uninterrupted production. With the ability to print with two 2.5 kg filament spools, it can now print continuously with up to 5 kg of material. The new RFID filament sensor detects the filament and checks parameters to prevent incorrect material use. Additionally, the automatic filament unloading function reduces manual intervention, improving production efficiency and reducing labor.
