High Flow Tungsten Carbide Hotend 0,4 mm for Bambu Lab H2/P2/X2

The High Flow Tungsten Carbide Hotend 0,4 mm for Bambu Lab H2/P2/X2 is designed for users looking for a higher extrusion flow rate without compromising print accuracy. Its optimized melting zone significantly increases volumetric flow and reduces the time required to produce parts.

Made from Tungsten Carbide, the nozzle offers high wear resistance. With a hardness of HRA 90 compared with 74 for hardened steel, it is particularly suitable for abrasive fibre-reinforced filaments. This design also helps extend the nozzle's service life when using these materials.

High flow for faster printing

The High Flow design optimizes the melting zone to increase material flow. With PLA Basic, the specified maximum volumetric flow rate reaches 40 mm³/s with the 0,4 mm High Flow Tungsten Carbide nozzle, compared with 24 mm³/s with the standard Tungsten Carbide version. With PLA Matte, the flow rate reaches 48 mm³/s, while PETG HF reaches 32 mm³/s.

According to the test conditions specified by Bambu Lab, this technology can provide a reduction in printing time of up to 30%, particularly for large models with a high infill rate.

Print accuracy and quality

The High Flow Tungsten Carbide Hotend is designed to maintain consistent extrusion at high speeds. This consistency helps limit under-extrusion and maintain sharp edges, even surfaces and precise details during high-flow printing.

A wear-resistant nozzle for abrasive filaments

The Tungsten Carbide nozzle is suitable for a wide range of materials, particularly fibre-reinforced filaments. The High Flow 0,4 mm version is indicated as compatible with PLA-CF, PETG-CF, ABS-GF, ASA-CF, PC, PAHT-CF and other technical materials, with certain restrictions depending on the filament used.

Quick hotend replacement

The mounting system allows you to quickly remove and install the hotend by separating the thermal and electronic components. Replacement is performed simply by unlocking the dedicated latch.

Warning: make sure the hotend has completely cooled down before carrying out any intervention and avoid touching the heating block to prevent the risk of burns.
