Actually, I have exactly the same problem. I thought my extruder HS, but I didn't. This is a design problem, the extruder heats too much and the thread too soft can break and make a ball (with removal) and block in the extruder. You must print without the lid and remove the top plastic shell that includes the extruder and engine, and pray that the problem will not happen again.
