Pre-installed Klipper for maximum performance
The Neptune 4 Max comes with Klipper software pre-installed, ready to meet all your needs. Thanks to Klipper, this 3D printer reaches a standard print speed of 250 mm/s, a maximum speed of 500 mm/s, and an outstanding acceleration of 8,000 mm/s²!
Optimal print quality
The "input shaping" and "pressure advance" features ensure superior and optimal print quality. Additionally, the Neptune 4 Max is equipped with acceleration sensors on the X and Y axes, allowing for automatic calibration and improved print quality.
Temperature up to 300 °C
The Neptune 4 Max features a high-temperature nozzle kit, designed to handle temperatures up to 300 °C. With automatic PID parameter calibration for the nozzle, you get precise and consistent temperature control. Its hotend includes a 60-watt heating element and a brass heating block. A titanium alloy heatbreak is also integrated to effectively reduce clogging risks, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted printing.
Dual-gear direct drive extrusion
With a 5.2:1 extrusion ratio, the new dual-gear direct drive system of the Neptune 4 Max delivers increased extrusion power and outstanding print precision.
Other key features
The printer’s hotend includes a 60-watt ceramic heating element and a brass heating block, ensuring even heat distribution. Its efficient cooling system reaches an impressive 9600 rpm, providing optimal thermal conditions for exceptional print results.
Differences between the Neptune 4 Plus and 4 Max
- The Neptune 4 Max has a more generous build volume of 420 x 420 x 480 mm (compared to 320 x 320 x 385 mm for the Neptune 4 Plus).
- The heated bed reaches a maximum temperature of 85 °C (while the Neptune 4 Plus goes up to 110 °C).
- Equipped with a 30-LED lighting system (compared to 24 LEDs on the Neptune 4 Plus).
