Stainless Steel 0.4 mm Hot End – Snapmaker U1

This 0.4 mm stainless steel hot end is designed to replace or optimize the extrusion tip of your Snapmaker U1. The unit combines the nozzle and heating element in a single component, simplifying maintenance and minimizing filament leakage.

The stainless steel nozzle offers good corrosion resistance and reduced wear compared to standard brass nozzles. Paired with the integrated ceramic heating element, it provides stable temperature control up to 300 °C, suitable for most common thermoplastics such as PLA, PETG, TPU, or PVA.

The design allows for quick and intuitive installation: the hot end connects directly to the Snapmaker U1 tool module and is secured with two screws, making replacement easy without special tools.
