The SprintRay Midas Restore - C2 - 3 pcs is a resin designed for definitive dental restorations, formulated with more than 75% glass-ceramic and zirconia. It is specifically compatible with the SprintRay Midas.

This resin is suitable for fabricating crowns, inlays, onlays and veneers. After printing, restorations can be finalized with simple polishing.

SprintRay Midas Restore is a definitive restoration resin developed for the SprintRay Midas Digital Press. Containing more than 75% glass-ceramic and zirconia by weight, it can be used to manufacture crowns, inlays, onlays and single-unit veneers with a polished finish, without glazing or firing.

Thanks to its combination of mechanical and optical properties, Midas Restore is suitable for anterior and posterior single-unit restorations according to the manufacturer's indications. Its post-processing workflow includes approximately 4 minutes of post-curing followed by approximately 2 minutes of polishing.

Key features of SprintRay Midas Restore - C2 - 3 pcs

Glass-ceramic and zirconia filler content: Midas Restore contains more than 75% filler by weight, consisting of glass-ceramic and zirconia powder. This formulation is incorporated into a photocurable methacrylate resin matrix. It provides a material intended for definitive dental restorations, with biaxial flexural strength of up to 215 MPa and an announced average of 180 MPa.

Mechanical strength and flexural modulus: The biaxial flexural strength of up to 215 MPa is one of the key technical characteristics of Midas Restore. The material also has an average flexural modulus of 10.0 GPa, with a maximum announced value of 10.5 GPa. These properties are intended to contribute to force distribution throughout the tooth-restoration complex after bonding.

Finish and gloss retention: Midas Restore is designed to achieve its final finish through polishing, without glazing. According to data provided by SprintRay, the material retains 98% of its initial gloss after 5,000 brushing cycles. Its wear resistance is also stated to be five times higher than that of SprintRay Ceramic Crown, according to the manufacturer's internal testing.

Tips for using SprintRay Midas Restore - C2 - 3 pcs

Use the Midas Restore capsules with the SprintRay Midas Digital Press, then follow the recommended workflow: approximately 4 minutes of post-curing followed by approximately 2 minutes of polishing.

For bonding, use a resin cement providing complete adhesion in accordance with SprintRay's recommendations. Shade selection should take into account the preparation, underlying tooth and cement.
