Anycubic Wash & Cure Plus: Easier post-processing of your large resin 3D prints

Anycubic Wash & Cure Plus is the new UV and cleaning chamber from Anycubic. Larger and more voluminous than its predecessor, theAnycubic Wash and Cure 2.0, it can accommodate larger resin-printed models.

Wash dimensions: 192 mm (L) x 120 mm (W) x 290 mm (H)
Suspended wash dimensions: 192 mm (L) x 120 mm (W) x 235 mm (H)
Curing dimensions: 190 mm (L) x 245 mm (H).

Ideal for cleaning and finishing the polymerisation of your resin 3D prints. Thanks to an even larger cleaning tray and a wider curing plate, it is now suitable for large resin 3D prints.

The mechanical, visual and material properties of the resin are significantly improved after the cleaning and curing process.

This 3D resin post-treatment station is compatible with all 3D printed parts using SLA, LCD and DLP technologies.

Complete 360° polymerisation

The polymerisation tray, equipped with an L-shaped light strip, automatic 360° rotation and a reflective self-adhesive mirror, enables this Anycubic post-processing station to perform a truly complete and uniform polymerisation.

Improved UV lamps

Equipped with an optical lens, the UV light source provides more uniform radiation for faster, more effective curing.

Several cleaning methods available

TheAnycubic Wash and Cure Plus offers two different washing methods.

The first method involves placing the printed 3D models directly in the basket to be washed in the conventional way.

The second method involves leaving 3D prints suspended from the platform and placing them on the cleaning basket (3D part upside down), to reduce direct contact with the cleaning product.

The vortex cleaning process allows the liquid to clean the cavities and every part of the 3D printed part.

Safer to use

During the polymerisation phase, when the lid is removed, the machine automatically pauses. This feature provides additional safety and prevents UV rays from harming the human body.

Anti-UV cover

Equipped with an integrated anti-UV cover, theAnycubic Wash and Cure Plus is capable of blocking 99.95% of 405nm wavelength UV light.

Integrated curing and cleaning time setting

By setting the cure and cleaning time from 1 to 60 minutes, you can adjust the parameters to obtain the right cure and the right level of cleaning. For example, on thin 3D printed parts, exposure to IPA for too long may degrade the resin print.

Larger, enclosed wash tank

The 256 x 209 x 355mm cleaning tank can accommodate larger 3D models and is compatible with all 8.9" and smaller LCD resin printers on the market.

And because it's enclosed, the tray prevents contact with splashes.
