The Nanovia ABS-CF filament is a 3D printing material made of ABS and carbon fibers. ABS is widely used in the industry for producing parts requiring strong mechanical and thermal properties.
This Nanovia ABS-CF 3D printer filament retains all the advantages of standard ABS. The carbon fibers enhance the material, providing even greater mechanical resistance and reducing warping during printing.
Superior mechanical strength compared to native ABS: Reinforced with carbon fibers, Nanovia's ABS-CF offers outstanding mechanical resistance.
Excellent bed adhesion: The carbon fiber composition greatly reduces the warping commonly seen with standard ABS.
Thermal resistance: With a heat resistance of around 100°C, ABS-CF Nanovia is significantly more thermally resistant than PLA or PETG.
Like traditional ABS, this material requires careful printing conditions. However, it is less prone to warping, even without a heated chamber.
We recommend using appropriate adhesive, a closed printing chamber, a bed temperature above 90°C, and a hardened steel nozzle to fully utilize the potential of this carbon-reinforced ABS.
