EcoASA Black Filament Forshape
The ASA filament from Forshape offers high strength and good shock absorption, weather resistance and exceptional UV stability (10 times better thanABS).
It offers wide compatibility thanks to a small margin of error in diameter, suitable for most 3D printers FDM 1.75 mm.
What's more, it is environmentally friendly, being degradable and RoHS-compliant, and made from fermented vegetable starch.
EcoASA Black Forshape: key strengths
UV-resistant: ecoASA offers high resistance, improved shock absorption, weather resistance and remarkable UV stability (UV resistance is 10 times greater than that ofABS).
Plant starch based: It is biodegradable and RoHS compliant, made from fermented plant starch.
High strength: Suitable for printing models requiring resistance to deformation, such as tools, outdoor products and spare parts, with a more matt surface than conventional ABS filament.
Our recommendations for use withASA Forshape
Recommended parameters :
- Nozzle/extrusion temperature: 230-260°C
- Bed/platform temperature: 80-120°C
- Print speed: 50-100 mm/s
