High-speed silent motherboard compatible with Klipper
Equipped with a silent Klipper motherboard and a quad-core ARM 64-bit processor running at 1.5 GHz, the ELEGOO Neptune 4 can reach print speeds of up to 500 mm/s (recommended 250 mm/s), allowing you to produce models faster than ever before. It supports input shaping and pressure advance features to improve print quality. With 8 GB of RAM, it can store over 400 models for quick access and printing.
300°C High-Temperature Nozzle
The 300°C high-temperature nozzle and extended hotend allow the filament to fully melt and flow smoothly, even at high speeds. This printer is compatible with a wide range of materials, including PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, and high-temperature filaments like nylon.
V-Guided Rails with Wear-Resistant POM Wheels
High-quality, wear-resistant POM wheels on the V-guided rails ensure ultra-quiet movement and high precision. Additionally, an eccentric isolation support reinforces the guide rail transmission mechanism, compensating for any long-term wear and maintaining precision.
Dual-Gear Direct Drive Extruder
Elegoo’s newly developed dual-gear direct drive extruder with a 5.2:1 reduction ratio ensures powerful extrusion and smooth filament feeding. Combined with an all-metal titanium-copper throat tube and a unique air duct design, it effectively dissipates heat, reducing nozzle clogging risks.
Detachable Capacitive Touchscreen
The 4.3-inch capacitive touchscreen can be handheld or mounted on the base, offering model preview and print pause functions for added convenience. The gantry LED strip with 30 beads, along with an additional LED near the nozzle, allows for better observation of the printing process, even in low-light environments.
Automatic Bed Leveling
The 121-point (11x11) automatic bed leveling system ensures quick and precise calibration of the build platform. For a perfect first layer, you can also use the manual adjustment knobs under the print bed for auxiliary leveling. The magnetic PEI platform makes it easy to remove printed models by slightly bending it.
Efficient Cooling System
Two thickened dual-sided 4015 model cooling fans provide comprehensive heat dissipation. Additionally, four 4020 ball-bearing fans at the back of the print head rapidly cool the freshly extruded filament, ensuring high print quality even at fast speeds.
Integrated LED Lighting
Elegoo Neptune 4 features integrated LED lighting: one LED next to the nozzle and a 30-LED strip above the frame. Both LED lights can be conveniently turned on and off via the touchscreen.
Flexible PEI Print Bed
The magnetic PEI print bed offers excellent adhesion and high heat resistance, allowing easy removal of printed models after cooling. The 250 W heated bed rapidly reaches 100°C, making it suitable for high-temperature printing materials.
