Your machine is handled in our workshop, where its general condition is checked and a technical diagnosis is carried out. Following this initial assessment, we provide a detailed quote specifying the parts and labour required for the repair.

What does the repair diagnostic package include?

The package includes the following steps:

• Technical inspection in our workshop: receipt and handling of your machine by our technical team.
• General condition assessment: examination of the equipment to assess its condition and identify any potential anomalies.
• Fault diagnosis: investigation into the cause of the malfunction.
• Identification of the required work: determination of the operations needed to carry out the repair.
• Preparation of a detailed quote: costing of the parts and labour required for the intervention.

How is your equipment repaired?

1. Booking the repair diagnostic package

Enter your machine model and book your repair diagnostic package to request an assessment by our technical team.

2. Shipping your equipment

Ship your machine at your own expense, in its original packaging and with all original parts and accessories, so that our technical team can carry out the diagnosis.

3. Diagnosis and preparation of the quote

Once your machine has been received at our workshop, our technical team checks its general condition, investigates the cause of the fault and identifies the necessary work. A detailed quote is then provided.

4. Approval of the quote

You review the quote and the proposed repairs. Work begins once you have accepted the quote, subject to the availability of the required spare parts.

5. Technical work in the workshop

Once the quote has been approved, our team carries out the planned work to resolve the identified malfunction.

6. Functional testing and shipping

Once the repair is complete, the machine is tested to check that it is working properly before being shipped to your address.

Terms and conditions of the repair diagnostic package

• Eligible machines: the offer applies to machines sold by Polyfab3D, subject to spare parts being available from the manufacturer. For requests concerning other brands or older models, please contact us beforehand.
• Repair costs: the parts and labour required for the repair are itemised in a quote separate from the diagnostic package. All repair work requires prior acceptance of this quote.
• Wear parts and consumables: normal wear parts and consumables are not covered by service contracts. Damage caused by improper use or an accident is also excluded.
• Shipping costs: outbound and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Packaging: the machine must be shipped in its original packaging, with its foam inserts and suitable protective materials, to reduce the risk of damage during transport.
• Accessories: all machine parts and accessories must be included in the shipment.
