RG 9400 B FR is a flame-retardant resin with UL 94 V-0 classification and superior HDT. Ultracur3D® RG 9400 B FR is a rigid, flame-retardant material that can be used for production parts requiring UL 94 V-0 classification. The material is halogen-free and, in addition to its flame-retardant properties, has a very high HDT, making it ideal for demanding applications in electronics, custom jigs and fixtures and spare parts for industrial environments.

Flame-retardant and self-extinguishing

Flame-retardant materials will stop burning once the flame source is removed. This feature ofUltracur3D® RG 9400 B FR makes it ideal for demanding electronics applications such as cable trays, electrical connectors, battery boxes and high power electrical applications. The material is also suitable for custom jigs and fixtures as well as replacement parts for industrial environments with high ignition and HDT sources.
