40W laser power

Thanks to laser compression technology, 8 x 6W lasers are compressed into 40W, delivering high cutting power comparable to that of CO2 machines. The thickest can cut 18mm solid wood. The most advanced light spot compression technology is used to achieve a finer processing effect than CO2 machines.

Stable performance at 600 mm/s

The recently improved guide rail structure enables the Semiconductor Gantry Laser Engraver to achieve an astonishing 600mm/s performance. The stable structure and high-speed movement completely free up the semiconductor gantry laser engraver. The stable structure and high-speed movement allow the extreme performance of high-power lasers to be fully unleashed, resulting in a 50% increase in efficiency, comparable to the performance of CO2 machines.

TwinPoint positioning,

On xTool S1, a new encoder combined with an algorithm is used to form a complete scene map as accurate as a coordinate system, and this is presented visually on the software, so that 100% of the physical world and the virtual world are combined, and the position of the laser head is presented in real time.

The xTool S1 features an advanced intelligent focusing system for multi-point focusing and automation of 3D objects. Its electric Z-axis dynamically fine-tunes the focus, producing an engraving effect as perfect as an aeroplane.

Rotary engraving

The xTool S1, combined with the optional RA2 Pro rotary accessory, can be used to create complex engravings on objects such as cups, mugs and rings, turning every piece into a work of art.
