The Ender-5 S1 from Creality is the latest version of their famous Ender-5 series. It is equipped with the Sprite S1 head for high-performance, high-temperature direct-drive extrusion. Creality has also worked on and perfected the high-speed aspect of this high-performance 3D printer.

Very high-speed printing

An improved motion system capable of reaching an acceleration of 2000mm/s and a print speed of up to 250mm/s. Each X/Y/Z axis is driven by a high-precision stepper motor. A steel transmission shaft to connect and synchronise the two Y-axis belts. High-torque 42-48 motor on the Y axis for responsive, precise movement.

High extrusion temperature

Titanium alloy heatbreak: low thermal conductivity to block heat flow. Capable of producing extrusion up to 300℃. Corrugated heat sink: 2.5 times the surface area which is rapidly air-cooled by a quiet axial fan.

Higher success rate

Thanks to its all-metal frame, which incorporates the classic Cartesian structure. Stability is enhanced by thick linear shafts, extra gussets, two cantilevers and silicone bed supports. The success rate is 100% for 1000 hours of printing at a speed of 250 mm/s and a layer height of 0.2 mm.

Faster platen calibration

Quickly level the printing plate with CR-Touch automatic levelling and auxiliary levelling on the Ender-5 S1, or offset the Z-axis height (Z-Offset) to an accuracy of 0.01 mm. It's easy to get the perfect first layer.

Flexible surface and coating

The PC flexible coating has two notches and a magnetic base for quick installation. The PC frosted surface is sticky for models. After printing, the model can be removed immediately by bending it slightly.

Creality Ender-5 S1

Special "Urus" air ducts channel the powerful wind generated by a large 5015 fan to cool the freshly printed section directly. The deposited hot material hardens and bonds faster, reducing sagging or warping caused by overheating at high speeds. This gives better cantilevers, bridges and better overall results.
