The Nanovia PETG ESD is a 3D filament with antistatic properties. These properties are achieved by integrating conductive ceramic fillers that dissipate the buildup of static electricity generated by electronic components and friction.
When static charge accumulates, a powerful discharge can occur, potentially damaging electronic components. Unlike carbon‑based ESD composites, Nanovia PETG ESD leaves no marks and is suitable for use in cleanrooms.
Its ease of printing makes Nanovia PETG ESD compatible with most 3D printers on the market, and it does not require an enclosed heated chamber. Its resistance to temperatures up to 80 °C allows the integration of components in warm environments, such as motherboards.
Ideal for: PCBs, enclosures, clips, ESD-safe storage
Electrostatic discharge protection: The PETG ESD filament is renowned for its volume resistivity properties suited to sensitive environments.
Good temperature resistance: With a glass transition temperature of 80 °C, this PETG ESD filament is suitable for demanding environments.
This PETG base material requires the same care as traditional PETG. It is recommended to use suitable adhesive, a bed temperature of 90 °C, and a steel nozzle to fully leverage its performance.
