Printing tips for eSun TPU‑LW White – 1 Kg
For optimal results with the eSun TPU‑LW White - 1.75mm - 1Kg, print with a nozzle temperature between 210 and 270 °C. The foaming effect usually starts around 210 °C, but the full range allows adjustments according to your printer and speed.
A heated bed set between 40 and 60 °C improves first-layer adhesion and helps stabilize printing. Since foaming occurs continuously in the nozzle, standard retraction may not work well and can cause stringing. Disabling retraction or using vase mode is often recommended to reduce unwanted threads.
For even lighter or larger parts, reducing extrusion to around 45 % can help achieve the desired foam volume while maintaining good adhesion and surface quality.
Finally, storing the filament in a dry environment helps preserve its properties and facilitates long-term printing.
