The PolyLite ™ PETG Black is designed with the best raw materials to achieve high mechanical properties and superior quality. Its slight flexibility makes this PETG ideal for producing more functional parts than PLA and slightly more heat-resistant (81°).
It prints easily and has good inter-layer adhesion, preventing warping.
The PolyLite PETG Black is also used for vibration-prone parts and jigs.
More easy and faster to sand than PLA, it is ideal for creating design parts or prototypes with a smooth surface. This is useful for creating high-quality visual prototypes with different colors.
The PETG is one of the most used materials in 3D printing due to a good balance between ease of use and mechanical properties.
This Polymaker PETG Black is an affordable, high-quality PETG compatible with most 3D printers on the market.
High quality: This Black PETG filament is a premium, high-quality material developed by leading manufacturer Polymaker.
Durability and resistance: PolyLite PETG Black is used for functional applications where durability is needed. It approaches the mechanical properties of ABS while being simpler, making it ideal for a wide range of applications.
Simplified post-processing: Post-processing of PolyLite PETG ensures an ideal finish and smooth surface. This is useful for prints where visual appearance is a prerequisite.
Polymaker's PolyLite PETG Black is a 3D filament printable on all 3D printers equipped with a heated bed and extruding 1.75mm or 2.85mm filament.
3D printing of this PolyLite PETG Black is easy with an extrusion temperature between 230 and 240°C, a bed temperature between 70 and 80°C, and a printing speed between 30 and 50mm/s.
To achieve optimal bed adhesion, the use of a brim, Buildtak bed, or glue is recommended.
The Black PETG filament is compatible with all open 3D printers equipped with a heated bed and accepting 1.75mm or 2.85mm filament. Printing profiles are also already integrated into the open filament program of Raise3D, for example, making the 3D printer/filament combination plug and play.
