Using PC-PBT Black
PC-PBT Black by Polymaker is suitable for many industrial applications requiring good chemical resistance. With excellent thermal and impact resistance, PC-PBT Black also maintains good toughness at low temperatures (-20 to -30°C). It can retain more than 70% of its impact strength at -30°C.
PC-PBT Black: Key Advantages

High toughness: Polymaker’s PC-PBT filament can retain up to 70% of its impact strength at -30°C.
Thermal resistance: Polymaker PC-PBT material has excellent high-temperature resistance.
Our Recommendations
For printing Polymaker PC-PBT, it is recommended to set your 3D printer with an extrusion temperature between 260 and 280°C, a print speed of 30 to 50 mm/s, and a heated bed temperature between 100 and 115°C. A suitable print chamber temperature is also required.
This material is compatible with 3D printers that can extrude 1.75 or 2.85 mm filament and can heat above 260°C.
