This complete Polymaker bundle combines two PolyFlex TPU95 Black and PolyFlex TPU95 White filaments with a PolyDryer Polymaker to ensure reliable and high-performance flexible 3D printing.

PolyFlex TPU95: key features
High break resistance: PolyFlex TPU95 Black and White filaments feature a Shore hardness of 95A, ideal for absorbing high stress while maintaining excellent break resistance. Optimized layer adhesion results in stronger prints compared to standard flexible filaments.
Easy to use: Compatible with most machines, these filaments extrude easily for smooth and continuous printing. A heated bed is recommended for better adhesion but is not essential.
Optimized performance with PolyDryer: The PolyDryer Polymaker keeps filaments in ideal conditions by removing moisture. This ensures stable extrusion, reduces print defects and significantly improves final part quality.
Wide range of applications: This bundle enables many applications such as seals, technical parts, belts, design objects, accessories and functional prototypes requiring flexibility and strength.
Our recommendations for PolyFlex TPU95 printing
For optimal results, we recommend an extrusion temperature between 210 and 230°C, a print speed between 20 and 40 mm/s, and a heated bed set between 25 and 60°C.
Using the PolyDryer is highly recommended to preserve filament properties and ensure consistent print quality.
