PolyFlex is a highly flexible material that is easy to print on all open 3D printers on the market. Designed by Polymaker, it allows printing of very soft and durable objects.
High tensile stress: This flexible Polymaker filament has a Shore hardness of 95A, allowing it to absorb significant stress and offering very high tensile strength. It enables the printing of soft and flexible objects. Optimized layer adhesion ensures prints are more durable than standard flexible 3D filament.
Easy to use: Polymaker PolyFlex works on all open 3D printers and extrudes easily. Printing is continuous and does not require a heated bed (although recommended for better adhesion).
Wide range of applications: PolyFlex TPU-95A opens up many possibilities for printing: gaskets, belts, fashion items, prosthetics, and more.
PolyFlex TPU-95A White is compatible with all open 3D printers on the market in both 1.75mm and 2.85mm diameters.
We recommend setting your printer to an extrusion temperature between 210 and 230°C for optimal printing conditions. A print speed between 20 and 40 mm/s and a heated bed temperature between 25 and 60°C are also recommended.

first steps with this kind of filament, i have to take it in hand, but the first tests are promising (just a serious problem of underextraction, so of setting to do). packaging with zip, excellent for storing after use...
TPU easy to print. Make a good turn of temperature to get the right parameters. It recommends 210 to 230°C. I print 240°C
Quality packaging and good quality from result to print
This flexible filament is a real treat to print! By respecting the manufacturer data for the slicer setting , the printing went smoothly (Ender 3 modified live drive). Very good performance, very good mechanical handling (impression of a 220mm diameter joint).
