Using Raise3D PA12 CF Support Filament

The support filament is a breakaway support material specifically developed for PPA (polyphthalamide). During the 3D printing process, it creates a stable support structure and ensures good adhesion to the surface of printed parts, while counteracting warping tendencies, thus significantly improving surface finish quality, both on overhangs and cavities. Once printing is complete, the support structure can be easily removed by detaching it from the printed parts, either manually or using tools. This support material is more cost-effective than water-soluble support materials.

It is recommended to print this material at a temperature between 280°C and 290°C with a heated bed set between 60°C and 80°C.
