PPA differs from aliphatic polyamides (e.g., PA6) by its higher melting point and glass transition temperatures (Tg), lower moisture absorption, and greater dimensional stability. The incorporation of short glass fibers further enhances the PPA matrix properties, making PPA-GF printed parts ideal for end-use applications in automotive, aerospace, electrical, and electronics sectors.

This filament is compatible with the Raise3D Industrial PPA support filament.

Usage recommendations for Raise3D Natural PPA-GF

Although this Natural PPA-GF was primarily developed for the Raise3D E2CF, it can be used on other open 3D printers compatible with 1.75mm filaments.

We recommend setting your printer to an extrusion temperature between 280 and 320°C for optimal printing with Raise3D PPA-GF.

An printing speed between 30 and 120mm/s and a heated bed between 65 and 80°C are also recommended.
