With its optimised chemical formula and adjusted fluidity (Melt Flow Index 55g/10 min), Raise3D 'sABS Hyper Speed is capable of achieving rapid melting in the hotend and much faster cooling after the material has been extruded. Thanks to its composition, this material is less prone to deformation and has improved adhesion between layers.ABS Hyper Speed is also ideally suited to many functional prototyping parts, tools and accessories, with numerous post-processing possibilities.

Our recommendations for use with ABS Hyper Speed filament

Raise3D ABS Hyper Speed Natural is compatible with all open 3D machines on the market in diameter 1.75mm. This filament is compatible with PVA+ from Raise3D. To make the most of this high-speed material, it has been developed and designed to integrate perfectly with the brand's Pro3 and Pro3 Plus series thanks to the upgrade kit.

We recommend that you set your printer to an extrusion temperature of between 210 and 260°C to print Raise3D ABS Hyper Speed Naturel in optimum conditions. A print speed of between 25 and 300mm/s and the use of a heated ABSteau between 55 and 65°C are also recommended. In addition,ABS can be subject to deformation and delamination of the printed part when printing at high speed without a heated chamber.
