High-speed water circulation driven by a magnetic rotor removes PVA up to four times faster than still water, even in hard-to-reach cavities. This ensures post-processed parts are ready for use as quickly as possible.

The Ultimaker PVA Removal Station requires only a few minutes of operator time per print, with minimal maintenance. Just press start, let it do its job, and retrieve your print when ready.

Rotor Water Circulation

Choose circulation at 100 or 225 RPM depending on the fragility of your part. Every two minutes, the rotor reverses direction to circulate water evenly against the model.

Rinse Basket

Prints stay safe and submerged. The rinse basket holds your print in place and fully submerged during dissolution, then lifts for easy drainage and print removal without damage.

PVA Dissolution

A transparent, illuminated container allows you to easily monitor the PVA dissolution process and see when your part is ready. A saturation indicator shows when to refresh the water.
