Nanovia Natural Flax PLA

By combining the easy printing of PLA with the mechanical properties of flax fibers, Nanovia Flax PLA allows for the easy production of mechanical parts. The color of the printed piece can vary depending on the printing temperature.

This bio-based composite filament, certified free of endocrine disruptors, can darken depending on the printing temperature up to 260°C. The organic effect of this composite makes it ideal for creating decorative objects such as design items, toys, and more.

Our Recommendations for Using Nanovia Flax PLA 1.75mm

Nanovia Natural Flax PLA is compatible with all open 3D printers with 1.75mm extrusion. It adheres well to any heated bed.

We recommend setting your printer to an extrusion temperature between 200 and 230°C for optimal printing conditions. A printing speed of 40 to 60mm/s and a heated bed between 50 and 70°C are also recommended.

A 0.5mm nozzle is also recommended since this is a fiber-filled material.
