Advanced laser protection

Equipped with 1060–1090 nm laser protection lenses with optical density up to OD 8+, this helmet provides reliable shielding against harmful radiation. Perfectly suited for the xTool MetalFab laser welder and CNC cutter.

Thanks to its two light sensors, the helmet automatically adjusts the visor shade according to ambient brightness, offering instant glare protection without compromising visibility.

Long-lasting visibility and comfort

With a large 8 x 10 cm lens and 1/1/1/1 optical clarity, the helmet delivers a panoramic view with true color, essential for precision work.

Lightweight (only 560 g) and fitted with thick foam on the forehead and ears, the helmet ensures a comfortable fit. Three adjustment dials allow it to fit all head sizes, and its 180° pivoting design makes quick inspections easy.

Made from high-quality PP and PC, it is wear-resistant and suitable for intensive use.

Usage tips

• Set the GRIND mode between 5 and 9 for optimal shading level for laser welding.
• Adjust the three dials for proper fitting.
• Tilt the helmet based on your posture for better visibility.

Power and compatibility

The helmet uses 2 x 3V lithium button batteries (not included) for the auto-darkening function. Fully compatible with xTool MetalFab machines.
