The set of 5 1060 aluminum plates is specially designed for CNC cutting and laser welding with the xTool MetalFab machine. Offering excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, it is perfect for many industrial, decorative, or maintenance projects.

High purity 1060 aluminum (≥ 99.6%)

Part of the 1000 series alloys, 1060 aluminum is an industrial pure aluminum. It has excellent corrosion resistance, good ductility, and easy formability. It cannot be strengthened by heat treatment but remains very easy to work with.

Smooth and precise industrial surface

All plates are precision cut, with a flat, polished surface free of defects (cracks, pores, irregularities). To preserve laser processing quality, it is recommended to handle plates carefully to avoid scratches or abrasions.

Enhanced protection during transport

Each plate is protected by a film on both sides, preserving the surface condition during delivery and storage while increasing durability.

Storage advice

Although aluminum resists corrosion well, it can slightly deform or oxidize if exposed to prolonged moisture. It is recommended to store plates in a dry place to avoid degradation over time.
