xTool Air Dryer – Air Drying System for Metal Laser Cutting

The xTool Air Dryer is an essential accessory for metal laser cutting users working with compressed air. Designed to work in synergy with the xTool Air Compressor, this high-performance drying system ensures clean and dry air, vital for clean laser cuts without burrs on stainless steel, aluminum, or brass.

Thanks to its 3-stage HyperPure™ filtration and a dew point reaching 2 °C, the xTool Air Dryer effectively removes moisture, oil, and fine particles. It thus ensures optimal performance of your laser machine while extending its lifespan.

Compact (402 × 355 × 227 mm) and easy to integrate into any workshop, this system offers a capacity of 400 L/min at a pressure of up to 1.25 MPa, with an estimated lifespan of 2,400 hours. An economical solution that can replace the use of gases such as nitrogen or argon, saving up to €20,000 per year.
