The SaveGas™ cutting nozzle kit xTool MetalFab includes a SaveGas™ cutting nozzle (also known as a telescopic nozzle) and 10 replacement ceramic rings.

It enables cutting thick metals such as 4 mm stainless steel, 4 mm aluminium, and 3 mm brass using only 87 PSI (0.6 MPa) air pressure.

SaveGas™ Cutting Nozzle Kit, xTool MetalFab

Important note: the minimum cut pattern size using the SaveGas™ nozzle is 2.5 mm, and overly complex designs may not be burr-free.

This contact cutting method may leave scratches on the metal surface, requiring polishing and finishing afterwards. For ultra-precise, scratch-free cuts, we recommend using the standard nozzle.

For cutting carbon steel or galvanized sheets over 2 mm, it is recommended to use the double-layer cutting nozzle with focus extension tube.

This kit is intended for replacement use only.
