The double-layer cutting nozzle kit xTool MetalFab includes 2 double-layer nozzles (1.0 mm and 1.2 mm) and a 20 mm focus extension tube. It is mainly used for cutting carbon steel and galvanized sheets thicker than 2 mm.

  • For thicknesses under 8 mm, use the 1.0 mm nozzle.
  • For 8 mm or more, use the 1.2 mm nozzle.

It is recommended to use oxygen at a precise pressure of 0.06 to 0.07 MPa for cutting these materials.
