Ultrafuse ABS Fusion+ Natural: Engineering Material Made Easy to Print
The Ultrafuse ABS Fusion+ Natural filament from BASF is designed to simplify engineering applications by providing professionals with an enhanced ABS filament that is easy to print. ABS filament is often criticized for its difficulty to print, but with BASF Ultrafuse Fusion+ Natural, you achieve a high success rate in your 3D prints.
Ultrafuse ABS Fusion+ Natural perfectly fits the industrial spectrum by offering exceptional mechanical properties. Ideal for the production and design of functional technical parts.
Key Features of Ultrafuse ABS Fusion+ Natural
Mechanical strength: Its blend of BASF ABS and SMA (Styrene Maleic Anhydride) provides excellent mechanical and thermal properties, as well as high dimensional accuracy for 3D printed parts.
Easy to print: Its high quality allows printing directly on a heated bed without additional adhesion products.
Compatible with soluble supports: The Ultrafuse ABS Fusion+ Natural filament is compatible with soluble supports, enabling the production of complex parts using dual extrusion.
BASF Ultrafuse ABS Fusion+: Usage Recommendations
Printing BASF’s Ultrafuse ABS Fusion+ Natural filament is straightforward. A 3D printer capable of extruding the filament between 240 and 260°C at speeds of 40 to 80 mm/s is required. The heated bed should be set between 100 and 120°C. BASF recommends using a light layer of spray to protect the bed during printing.
