Using the PolyLite™ PLA Pro Grey 1.75mm

The PolyLite™ PLA Pro filament is a material that sits between two existing ranges of PLA from Polymaker. The PolyLite PLA Pro Grey provides high impact resistance while combining the excellent rigidity of PLA and other properties of standard PLA.

The PolyLite PLA PRO with an excellent combination of impact resistance and rigidity – Polymaker PolyLite PLA PRO is an enhanced PLA filament that has higher impact resistance than ordinary ABS. At the same time, it also has a rigidity 1.6 times higher than other 1.75mm PLA filaments. The excellent combination of toughness and rigidity is a breakthrough in the 3D printer filament industry, making it perfect for mechanically demanding applications.

Our usage recommendations for PolyLite™ PLA Pro Grey 1.75mm

Printing with PolyLite PLA Pro Grey is very simple, here are the printing recommendations: extrusion temperature from 190 to 220°C and print speed between 30 and 70mm/s.

Using a heated bed is recommended but not necessary. The PolyLite PLA Pro Grey is not prone to warping or detachment and prints well on most print surfaces (glass, tape, BuildTak).

The Polymaker PolyLite PLA Pro Grey 1.75mm is compatible with 3D printers that extrude 1.75mm diameter filament.
