Nanovia ABS-CF filament is a 3D printing material composed of ABS and carbon fibers. ABS is widely used in industry for producing parts that require strong mechanical and thermal properties.
This Nanovia ABS-CF filament combines all the benefits of standard ABS. The carbon fibers reinforce the material, providing even greater mechanical strength. They also help reduce warping, making ABS printing easier.
Greater mechanical strength than standard ABS: Reinforced with carbon fiber, this Nanovia ABS offers exceptional mechanical performance for an ABS filament.
Improved bed adhesion: Thanks to its carbon fiber content, this filament significantly reduces warping compared to standard ABS.
Thermal resistance: With a heat resistance of around 100°C, Nanovia ABS-CF is more thermally robust than PLA or PETG.
This ABS-based material requires the same precautions as standard ABS. However, it is less prone to warping, which is typically the biggest challenge when printing ABS without a heated chamber.
We recommend using an appropriate adhesive, a closed enclosure, a bed temperature above 90°C, and a hardened steel nozzle to fully benefit from this carbon composite ABS.
