The Polylite ASA White 1.75mm filament is mainly used for applications designed to operate in an outdoor environment. The main purpose of ASA is to resist weather conditions, such as UV rays, humidity, and high temperatures.
Thanks to its high glass transition temperature and good chemical resistance, ASA is widely used in the construction, industrial, and automotive sectors.
This material is easier to print than ABS, especially for large parts, and is used to produce durable functional prototypes and finished parts.
Odorless printing: Polymaker Polylite ASA White ensures odor-free 3D printing.
Good layer adhesion: PolyLite ASA White filament provides excellent layer bonding.
UV resistance: Polylite ASA White filament offers high UV resistance.
Polylite ASA White prints at an extrusion temperature between 240 and 260°C and a printing speed between 30mm/s and 50mm/s. A heated bed set between 75 and 95°C and the use of a BuildTak and/or adhesive glue is recommended.
Polylite ASA White is compatible with 3D printers using 1.75mm or 2.85mm filament and equipped with a heated bed.
Finally, using a material storage solution (like Polybox) is also recommended to protect the material from moisture.

Of course a small essay remains to be confirmed on a real project.
This filament looks pretty solid but the printing leaves a lot of layer marks. For SAA I've known better, but maybe we have to find the right settings. I'm trying to refine and I'll see later. On the other hand, compared to other white ASAs, this one is really white.
Good extrusion at 240°C on an Ender 3 Pro with tray at 90°C. Light deformation on the basis of the pieces (a bit like ABS) but with an extra border on the first layer it holds very well. You can also play on the shape of the filling (gyroid), the % and the number of perimeters for landing at this small defect. The rendering is of good quality. Small drawback: the smell is strong and leaves a taste on the tongue for several days if you do not have your room.
