Using PolyLite ASA Blue
The PolyLite ASA Blue 2.85mm filament is mainly used for applications exposed to an outdoor environment. ASA is designed to withstand weather conditions such as UV, humidity, and high temperatures.
Thanks to a high glass transition temperature and good chemical resistance, ASA is widely used in the construction, industrial, and automotive sectors.
This material is easier to print than ABS, especially for large parts, and is commonly used to produce functional prototypes and durable finished parts.

Our recommendations for using PolyLite ASA Blue
PolyLite ASA Blue prints with an extrusion temperature between 240 and 260°C and a print speed of 30–50mm/s. A heated bed set between 75 and 95°C with BuildTak and/or adhesive glue is recommended.
PolyLite ASA Blue is compatible with 3D printers using 1.75mm or 2.85mm filament and equipped with a heated bed.
Additionally, using a material storage solution (Polybox) is recommended to keep the filament protected from humidity.
