Nanovia ABS AF is a technical-grade filament combining ABS with aramid fibers (Kevlar®), making it ideal for functional parts, tools, and industrial components. It offers excellent impact resistance, stable printing, and easy processing even on open 3D printers.
Main Benefits
- Kevlar reinforced: Enhanced durability against friction and impact.
- Excellent printability: Minimal warping, strong layer adhesion.
- Low abrasiveness: Use with hardened nozzle ≥ 0.5 mm; less wear than carbon/glass fiber filaments.
- Outdoor-ready: Paint finishing recommended for UV protection.
Recommended Settings
- Nozzle: 0.5 mm hardened
- Extrusion temperature: 240 °C
- Bed temperature: 100 °C
- Bed adhesion: Use Magigoo or equivalent adhesive
Storage & Safety
- Store dry with desiccant or in a drybox.
- Dry at 60 °C for 4 hours before use if exposed to air.
