Nanovia ABS AF – Kevlar-Reinforced ABS Filament

Nanovia ABS AF is a technical-grade filament combining ABS with aramid fibers (Kevlar®), making it ideal for functional parts, tools, and industrial components. It offers excellent impact resistance, stable printing, and easy processing even on open 3D printers.

Main Benefits

  • Kevlar reinforced: Enhanced durability against friction and impact.
  • Excellent printability: Minimal warping, strong layer adhesion.
  • Low abrasiveness: Use with hardened nozzle ≥ 0.5 mm; less wear than carbon/glass fiber filaments.
  • Outdoor-ready: Paint finishing recommended for UV protection.

Recommended Settings

  • Nozzle: 0.5 mm hardened
  • Extrusion temperature: 240 °C
  • Bed temperature: 100 °C
  • Bed adhesion: Use Magigoo or equivalent adhesive

Storage & Safety

  • Store dry with desiccant or in a drybox.
  • Dry at 60 °C for 4 hours before use if exposed to air.
  • Print in a ventilated or enclosed setup for safety.
