Cleaning Methods for Different Situations

Depending on the severity of the clogging, different cleaning methods are recommended:

• Light cleaning (weekly maintenance or in case of blockage): move the print head to the left, open the left side panel, wipe the head with a clean cloth or cotton swab soaked in the liquid, taking care to avoid the cutting blade.
• Deep cleaning (in case of severe clogging): move the head to the treatment area, apply the liquid on the ink pad using the dropper, place the print head in contact with the pad for a 30-minute soak, then use the ink extraction function before checking the condition with a test strip.
