Printing Tips

Extrusion temperature: 280-300°C for optimal filament fusion.
Bed temperature: 40-50°C for good first layer adhesion.
Printing speed: up to 300 mm/s.
Recommended nozzle: Use a hardened steel or ruby nozzle to avoid wear from abrasive carbon fibers. Metal hotend required for printing above 280°C.
Storage: Keep the filament in a dry environment. If exposed to humidity, dry the filament before use (100°C for 10 hours in a standard oven or 18h at level 3 with the PolyDryer).
Post-print annealing: Annealing at 100°C for 10 hours improves the mechanical strength of parts.
