Printing Recommendations

Extrusion temperature: 280-300°C for homogeneous melting.
Bed temperature: 40-50°C for optimal adhesion.
Printing speed: up to 300 mm/s.
Recommended nozzle: Use of a hardened steel or ruby nozzle is recommended to prevent wear due to glass fibers.
Storage: Store the filament in a dry environment. If exposed to humidity, dry the filament before use (100°C for 10 hours in a conventional oven or 18 hours at level 3 with the PolyDryer).
Annealing: A post-printing heat treatment at 80-100°C for 16 hours further enhances mechanical strength.
