The Fiberon™ PETG-rCF08 is made of recycled carbon fibers (8%). It combines the benefits of easy-to-print PETG with enhanced performance due to the addition of carbon fibers.

It allows for quickly printing finished parts and prototypes that are resistant to moisture and have low deformation, while providing excellent dimensional accuracy. The PETG-rCF08 offers an excellent balance between affordability and performance, ideal for creating complex and durable prototypes with high precision.

  • High Strength: Fiberon™ PETG-rCF08 is reinforced with recycled carbon fiber (8%). Its composition gives it superior properties compared to standard PETG, increased rigidity, and high moisture tolerance.
  • Dimensional Accuracy: The PETG-rCF08 from Polymaker allows you to print complex parts with very good dimensional accuracy and minimal deformation.
  • Easy Printing: Retaining the characteristics of PETG, this filament ensures successful prints without deformation. Compatible with most 3D printers, although an abrasion-resistant nozzle is recommended.

Printing Recommendations

  • Extrusion Temperature: 240-270°C for optimal melting.
  • Bed Temperature: 60-70°C for good adhesion.
  • Printing Speed: up to 300 mm/s.
  • Nozzle Type: We recommend using a reinforced nozzle, a steel nozzle, or a Ruby nozzle (lifespan of a brass nozzle with PETG-rCF08 is approximately 9 hours).
  • Storage: Store the filament in a dry environment. If exposed to humidity, dry the filament before use (65°C for 3 hours in a conventional oven or 6 hours at level 2 with the PolyDryer).
