Ultracur3D® EL 4000 B (Black) from BASF is a photoreactive urethane resin designed for DLP, LCD, and MSLA technologies.
Part of the EL series, it combines high flexibility, excellent durability, and a Shore hardness of 90A, making it ideal for technical applications requiring elasticity and long-term performance (footwear, bike saddles, damping pads, etc.).
Versatile: Flexibility up to 172% with high mechanical strength.
Elastic: Strong rebound and dimensional stability.
High hardness: Rare combination of 90A Shore with high elasticity.
Protect the resin from UV light after opening. Shake well before use and allow it to settle in the tank before printing.
After printing, clean parts with IPA or BASF Cleaner, then cure them under UV light (~20 minutes depending on size and thickness) for optimal results.
