The High-Speed PLA+ Forshape series, thanks to its formulation offering high fluidity and rapid cooling, can print at speeds of up to 600 mm/s. This high fluidity ensures proper fusing and extrusion, while the rapid cooling promotes fast shaping for high-speed printing.

High-Speed PLA High-Speed Forshape: key strengths

High precision: High stability ensures minimal variations in thermal expansion and cold contraction, even during high-speed printing. This translates into high dimensional accuracy and better-quality results.

Greater strength than standard PLA: With greater tensile strength than ABS and greater resilience than traditional PLA, the Hyper PLA series offers greater structural load-bearing capacity for printed models.

Uniform filament diameter, stable extrusion: Thanks to bi-directional laser diameter measurement, filament accuracy is 1.75 ± 0.03 mm, ensuring smoother extrusion.
