How to refer a future friend?

Go to your customer area

After creating your customer account, go to your personal space. Then access the Referral section by clicking on the corresponding tab.

Add your friends' email addresses

Fill in the referral table and submit. We will send a registration link to your contacts. Your referred friends will receive a €10 discount coupon (including VAT) as soon as they register.

Enjoy your reward

Earn a €10 discount coupon (including VAT) each time one of your referred friends registers on the site and places their first valid order.

Who can you refer?

You can refer anyone who does not currently have a pending referral request and does not yet have a Polyfab3D account.

What are the conditions to receive my voucher?

You will receive a €10 voucher for a minimum purchase of €100 if your referred friend has paid for €100 or more in purchases.

How long are my vouchers valid?

Your vouchers are valid for 3 months after receiving the email confirming that the voucher has been added to your Polyfab3D account.

What does my referred friend earn?

Your referred friend receives a €10 voucher for their first order, with a minimum purchase of €100. They must place their order within 3 months of your referral.
