Nanovia PA-6 CF - 1.75mm - 500 g

The Nanovia PA-6 CF is a carbon fiber reinforced polyamide 6 (nylon) filament designed for industrial and professional applications. Its unique formulation significantly reduces warping and allows higher printing speeds without compromising quality. This filament offers progressive breakage, excellent impact absorption, and heat resistance up to 100 °C.

It is ideal for producing functional prototypes, mechanical parts, gears, or hinges where strength and durability are essential. Compatible with FFF printers with a nozzle ≥0.5 mm, Nanovia PA-6 CF stands out for its dimensional stability and ease of printing compared to standard nylons.

Key Features of Nanovia PA-6 CF - 1.75mm - 500 g

High Mechanical Strength

Thanks to carbon fibers integrated into the PA6 nylon matrix, the Nanovia PA-6 CF filament exhibits a high Young's modulus and significant ultimate strength. This allows the production of demanding mechanical parts capable of withstanding heavy loads without deforming or cracking. Ideal for gears, hinges, or structural supports, it combines rigidity and impact absorption, offering the perfect balance between strength and lightness.

Thermal and Chemical Resistance

Nanovia PA-6 CF withstands temperatures up to 100 °C in continuous use and resists common chemicals. This thermal and chemical resistance makes it suitable for industrial applications such as functional prototypes, automotive components, or parts exposed to moisture and harsh environments. Dimensional stability is maintained even under heat or chemical stress, ensuring reliable and durable prints.

Fast and Reliable Printing

Carbon fibers reduce shrinkage and improve filament rigidity during extrusion, enabling faster printing without sacrificing precision. It is compatible with most printers equipped with a nozzle ≥0.5 mm and provides excellent surface quality and finely detailed parts.

Printing Tips for Nanovia PA-6 CF - 1.75mm

To get the best results from Nanovia PA-6 CF, use a nozzle of at least 0.5 mm to limit wear caused by the carbon fibers.

Maintain an extrusion temperature between 240 and 260 °C and a heated bed at 80-100 °C. A heated enclosure at 60 °C is recommended to avoid warping. Printing at moderate speed (20-80 mm/s) ensures optimal quality.

Do not forget to use an appropriate bed adhesive to ensure adhesion and prevent lifting when printing large parts.
